The terms governing your use of www.zbchospit.shop and your relationship with ZBC Hospitality LLC.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZBC Hospitality LLC ("ZBC Hospitality," "we," "us," or "our"), a company located at 19 E Front St Ste 1, Youngstown, OH 44503, United States. By accessing or using the website www.zbchospit.shop (the "Site") or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

ZBC Hospitality LLC provides hotel, resort, and lodging management services — including but not limited to hotel management and operating-staff provision, resort and seasonal operations, revenue management, food and beverage operations, spa and wellness facility management, casino-hotel operations support, turnarounds, and advisory services. The Site is informational: it describes our services and provides a means to contact us. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, a proposal, or a management agreement. Any engagement is formed only by a separately executed written contract.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZBC HOSPITALITY LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZBC Hospitality LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mahoning County, Ohio, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting us at j.wang@zbchospit.shop for at least thirty (30) days.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice on the Site.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
